Practice Daily - Reiki Self-Treatment
Practice Daily Self Care. It is in the practice of Reiki that you begin to experience the benefits to this spiritual healing practice. Find a regular time every day to relax and place your hands on your crown, eyes, throat, back of the head, your chest, solar plexus, lower abdomen, and if you have time your knees and feet. If you miss a day then place your Reiki hands on your stomach or somewhere comfortable while lying in bed at night.
Many people practice their Reiki self care in bed. A mother with young children might practice her Reiki after taking her children to school. She may come home and lie on the couch and begin her Reiki self care. A doctor, nurse,lawyer or counselor might practice Reiki between appointments. When do you find time for your Reiki practice ?

Use Reiki sensibly. Place a Reiki hand on someone who has fallen from a bicycle or on their way to the hospital, while using the other hand to call 911 is the best way to handle a situation. Reiki can be used in all situations because Reiki is balancing to the whole system.

This is of the requirements listed in some medical centers and I have seen this also on sites that educate people how to select a good Reiki practitioner. People are learning what questions to ask and what constitutes the best practitioner for them.
